The villa

A main house and a guest house,
built for whole families to spread out.

Casa Frenchie isn't one big house where everyone competes for the good bedroom. It's two: a four-bedroom main house wrapped around the pool terrace, and a three-bedroom guest house with its own kitchen, living room, and yoga deck. Grandparents, teenagers, two families traveling together — everyone gets their own corner of the hillside, and the ocean view is shared by all.

An open-concept living space under vaulted ceilings, flowing straight out to the infinity pool. The gourmet kitchen seats five at the island and ten at the dining table; two work desks keep remote workers honest. Two king master suites (one with a Balinese stone bathtub, one with an outdoor shower) and two queen-queen rooms, all ensuite, all air-conditioned, all facing the green.

A complete second home: its own full kitchen, its own living room, its own deck with dining for six. The master here is the quiet one — a private yoga deck, a work desk, and an outdoor shower open to the jungle. Check-in & check-out

Check-in from 4:00–7:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM. Let us know your arrival time a week ahead so we can arrange your welcome and keys — for many guests, the team meets you at the gate and leads you in.

House rules

No pets, no smoking indoors, and no parties or events. Groups where all guests are under 28 cannot be accommodated. We keep it this way so Casa Frenchie stays pristine for every family that follows yours.

Cancellation

Free cancellation until 61 days before check-in. From 60 to 31 days out, 50% of the rent applies; within 30 days (or no-show), 100% applies.

Getting here

Fly into San José (about 3.5 hours by road) or Quepos domestic airport (under an hour). We can arrange an airport shuttle for US$350 per booking — or just rent a 4x4 and enjoy one of Costa Rica's most beautiful coastal drives.
